Mukelabai Mukelabai

Mukelabai Mukelabai joined ISS Cape Town in June 2004 as a senior researcher working on organised crime and corruption in the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region. Before joining ISS he practiced as an Advocate and was Zambia’s National Director of Public Prosecutions from 1998 to 2004. At ISS he was responsible for, among other things, a project that supported SADC member states with the implementation of the SADC Protocol Against Corruption and the UN Convention Against Transnational Organised Crime.

Mukelabai passed away on 29 September 2005.
